Our team went out today and replaced a 1990 Eagle crank out window part in Naperville, Illinois (hinged on left as facing the crank). The top assembly was broken and came apart you can picture what it looks like at the present time. We noticed that the silver bar with the 3 pivot bar screw holes mounted to the window frame and were replaced.
